The content of the Service is the result of agreements with Bromelia and respects the intellectual property of its creators. The content is licensed for home use. The downloaded content can only be consumed within the Service. 01Digital reserves the right to change the content at any time without prior notice.
SUBSCRIPTION
The Lottie Dottie Chicken App is a subscription service that gives you unlimited access to topics, questions, games and updates as long as your subscription is active.
- The subscription is valid on any device registered on your Apple Account
- Payment is charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation
- The subscription is valid on any device registered on your Apple Account
- Your subscription renews automatically, unless automatic renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Renewal is charged 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscription at: iTunes Store> Your Account> Settings> Subscriptions Manage
- Your current subscription cannot be refunded and the service cannot be interrupted if you withdraw while your subscription is active
- Any trial period, if offered, will be interrupted when a paid subscription is purchased
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Lottie Dottie Chicken App, in its original format, features and functionalities, is the exclusive property of 01Digital. The Lottie Dottie Chicken App is protected by the copyright laws of Brazil and other countries.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS AND SITES
The Service may provide links to other applications and sites over which 01Digital has no control, including, without limitation, itunes.apple.com and play.google.com. You acknowledge that the Service is providing this information only as a convenience, and also agree that the Service or 01Digital is not responsible for the content of such external sites or applications. The use of external applications and websites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of the external sites or applications.
CANCELLATION
01Digital may cancel or suspend user access to the Service without prior notice or loss. After cancellation, the right to access the Service will be immediately blocked.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
01 Digital does not guarantee that: (i) the Service will meet the needs of all users; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, totally secure, or error free; (iii) the Service is free of viruses, malware or similar; (iv) the quality of any information or other material obtained via the Service will meet the needs of all users; and (v) any error will be fixed. The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that 01Digital shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, information, or any other type of intangible losses, resulting from the: (i) inability to use the Service; (ii) costs of obtaining or replacing goods and services that arise from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions effected through the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to user data; (iv) acts or behavior of third parties to the Service; (v) or any other case related to the Service.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
This Term of Use is governed by Brazilian law. In the event that any provision of the Terms of Use becomes void, by judicial decision, or for any reason becomes unlawful or unenforceable, it is expressly acknowledged and accepted by the parties that the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
CHANGES
01Digital reserves the right to modify or replace the Terms of Use for the Service at any time. If changes to the Terms of Use are relevant, we will let you know before the changes are put into effect. Such relevance will be determined unilaterally by 01digital.
